Family Situation: Arthur was 55-years-old when he gave his life on October 10, 2020, while serving during the Artsakh War. He leaves behind his unemployed wife, Tehmine, his then 14-year-old son, Artashes (born 2006), and his 7-year-old daughter, Angelina (born 2013), with Down syndrome. The family had been living in Aramus (Kotayk) in a dilapidated domik. The bathroom was outside, which is especially difficult with a disabled child. A new home was built for the family and SOAR assisted with the furnishings and helping Tehmine start her own sewing business. The family had owed debts to shops and individuals as Tehmine had to buy food and clothing for her children, but with SOAR's help, this has been eliminated.

Immediate Needs: Day to day needs and medical expenses for Angelina ($2,400/annually).
